Your thoughts on getting pregnant

My husband's sperm count is pretty much shot. Which is making it hard for us to conceive our second child. I don't want to go thru an adoption agency and not to keen to artificial insemination so, I figured maybe considering a close friend to help get me pregnant but my husband isn't sure about that idea yet. Any suggestions?
